OKC Hotel

Our room was to be a non smoking room. It definitely had an odor. Homeless right out our door at the building out front wasn’t a great feel for items in car. Good pricing

That the rooms appeared to be nice.

That the deposit was CASH only even though the sign said credit cards will be accepted. In a double queen bedroom we were giving ONE bath towel per room. I asked for more when housekeeping came around the next day. When I checked out the following day I got accused of taking towels. Between the two rooms I had we got 3 extra towels for 6 of us to take showers. They had “quiet” hours and there were about 5 to 6 boys yelling and screaming until about midnight both nights I stayed. This is not on the hotel but the children were not completely supervised and were writing things in the dirt of my vehicle. If you need a quick sleep it’s great but for multiple nights I do not recommend.

A hotel that has fallen on hard times

This place makes you give a cash deposit I didn’t get mine back because I had to leave to work early and I didn’t call them I came back an hour after my chexkout to get my deposit and they refused to give my cash deposit

The staff were nice and the room was spacious. I also liked the proximity to the highway for the ten minute drive into town.

Rude customer service, wanted cash for deposit I didn’t have any so went to store they wouldn’t give us cash, then they wanted me to sign without knowing what I was signing and I told her I needed to know she got mad and told me to leave. She said I would get my money back and still haven’t. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone. It was filthy, staff was very rude, will be reporting.

This model was good price great location clean quiet I just had one complaint the sheets were nasty. I travel with my own but that’s not good for peeler who don’t.
