I got locked out of my room one of the nights

Love this little treasure of a hotel. Easy online check in and out. Friendly reception. Welcoming entrance with tea coffee and sweets. Room was lovely stylish clean great linen. We slept so well. Shower had great water pressure. Toiletries perfect. Close to cafes and shops as wall as Tākina the conference centre. We will be back.

Easy communications over a few styles depending on how guests prefer to communicate. Professional staff. Lovely setup. Central. We’ll be back!

Mini bar was wedged into the cupboard & we couldn't open the drawers. Nowhere to put our suitcases.

The customer service people were friendly, polite and very helpful. The bathroom was lovely, it was very clean and new. The carpet feels good under your feet and the heated towel rails were turned on making our towels nice and warm ready to use. The shower was substantial with the rainfall/hand held combo shower head. Overall, the apartment was very comfortable, well equiped and close to restaurants and shops. We would choose TRYP next time we visit.

Although the apartment was great, the photos show it as a much larger apartment than the actual size. There was nowhere to leave our suitcases open so we had them on the floor.

Great location within walking distance to multiple sites of interest. Friendly staff, clean rooms with nice amenities.
