Khách sạn có 1 phòng giặt sấy miễn phí cho khách tự phục vụ, để sẵn nước giặt và nước xả làm mềm quần áo, trang bị 2 máy giặt LG 15kg và 1 máy sấy, có cả bàn ủi hơi nước và bàn ủi presser. nhân viên vui vẻ, niềm nở, giúp đỡ khách nội thất không quá cao cấp nhưng thiết kế trang nhã và đẹp, có những điểm nhấn khá bắt mắt.

Tường vách cách âm không tốt, phòng khác nói chuyện lớn, mở nước trong toilet , hoặc khách đi ngoài hành lang gây tiếng động trong phòng vẫn nghe rõ. Khăn tắm khá cũ, lông đã sờn màu không còn trắng sáng nữa. Bữa sáng tạm được, các món không đa dạng
