"On the whole great location. I would be happy to book again but I expect improvement on the cleanliness."

The property is situated in a perfect location. We were lucky enough that 3 flats were available and accommodated 4 families.

We stayed last year and were pleased that we could stay again. However, the apartments were not so clean. We arrived at 16 to find that 1 apartment had not been cleaned. I think that it is not too much to expect 1 full toilet roll per apartment… the price for 2 nights is same price as a hotel so I think it’s not too much to expect to have basics…

הזמנו יחידת אירוח לשישי-שבת-ראשון, לחגוג עם הבן שהגיע לחופשה מהצבא. ההזמנה בוצעה ושולמה יום לפני הנסיעה. קיבלנו אישור של בוקינג, אבל לא הגיע מייל עם הסבר על אופן איסוף המפתח. הנחנו שיגיע בהמשך וגם היה לנו מספר טלפון נייד של המארח שפורסם בבוקינג - כך שלא חששנו. שעתיים לפני שעת ההגעה למקום (שישי אחהצ) שלחנו הודעה. לאחר מכן הודעה נוספת. לא היו תגובות. כשהגענו לשכונה (לא היתה לנו כתובת מדוייקת) איתרנו מהתמונות את הרחוב. הפעם גם צילצלנו למספר של המארח. עדיין לא היתה תשובה. השארנו עוד הודעה והלכנו לטייל בשכונה. אחרי שעה נוספת שלא קיבלנו כל תגובה (סהכ 4 שעות מאז התחלת הנסיונות לקשר איתם) , כבר חיפשנו מלון אחר ומצאנו חדר פנוי במלון מקסים (Lily & Bloom) לא רחוק, אך במחיר מעט גבוה יותר. למען הסדר הטוב כתבנו את סיכום הדברים במייל לכתובת המארח. אחרי שתי דקות קיבלנו טלפון שנאמר שזה מטעם המארח, שמשום מה מצא לנכון לטעון כלפינו למה לא כתבתנו למייל קודם לכן? לאיזה מספר חייגנו? הקראנו את המספר שמופיע באתר ההזמנה (שלדברי המצלצל לא נכון ) ולא הבנו למה יש טלפון אם השיטה לתקשורת איתם היא רק דרך המייל. ביקשנו פיצוי על עוגמת הנפש (על חיפוש מלון אחר תוך כדי אי הוודאות של הסתובבות בשכונה) נוסף להחזר הכספי המלא. למחרת קמנו לאזעקות התחלת המערכה מול איראן ואז חייגו אלינו ממספר הטלפון שניסינו ליצור איתו קשר ערב לפני. מסתבר שהוא כן שייך להם - אבל הבעלים לא עונה לטלפונים בשבת. בעקבות האזעקות הוא ראה את ההודעות ששלחנו אליו. סיכום - היה מתסכל מאוד, את התשלום על האירוח קיבלנו חזרה, פיצוי לא ראינו (וכבר עבר כחודש וחצי). הדברים נכתבים פה כדי שאחרים לא יכוו באופן דומה. מקווה שלפחות המספר שעונים בו גם בשבת - עודכן כבר באתר. לא ראינו את יחידת האירוח - אז אין לנו חוות דעת על איכותה.
