Friendly staff, free parking, great food (dinner) at the restaurant, good coffee & tea in the room.

Room (Reykjavik) was a huge disappointment. No pictures posted of the room on the website, but it certainly looked nothing like the rooms that were pictured. Three beds lining the walls, fairly cheap furniture, bad lighting. One electrical outlet broken, shower pulling away off from the wall. It felt like being in a hostel.

"Good value hotel."

Good hotel about a 15 minute walk from town centre. Staff are friendly. Good value. A bit of road noise, but there are rooms on the other side of hotel which will be quieter. Amble parking and easy access. This is my 2nd time I've stayed and would recommend.
