The Pink Palm Hotel - Adults Only

The location of the Pink Palm was unexpected, the hill made transportation, walking and driving, to and from the hotel a huge challenge and inconvenient. The property itself was nice, my room was very spacious, although the bathroom was small and the floor was not very clean. The view from the pool deck was a highlight and I had a wonderful meal in the restaurant on the evening of my arrival, unfortunately these were the only highlights. The restaurant is very small, only one staff person was friendly there. On my second night the restaurant shut down early with no notice or explanation which left me hungry, that was terrible. Customer service from most of the staff and management was very much lacking during my stay. I noticed that they catered to select visitors which was more than unacceptable. Considering there rate, I expected much better quality and certainly better service. I requested that management contact me and was told that she would call me, that never happened. It was disappointing. I plan to visit St. Thomas again, however, I will definitely not stay at the Pink Palm Hotel again. My star rating was not lower only because of the two kind staff people I encountered.

Our stay at Pink Palm was very enjoyable. The property is gorgeous with eclectic decor, relaxing pool and hot tub area, and sweeping views. Our room was huge with everything we need, including 2 balconies with sea views, a kitchen, large bathroom, sitting area, great storage, and comfortable king bed. The staff were helpful and responsive. The only hiccup was that the hot tub had piping issues on the day we were leaving and water was coming into our room, but luckily it didn't impact us much as we were checking out. Would come back again!

The breakfast buffet was good.It changed every morning. The staff was helpful and friendly, very personable. The property looked like the website photos. Great location be prepared to walk. I will stay again.

I absolutely loved my stay at this boutique hotel, i would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Design is cute, view is nice.

Arrival experience was horrible. They arranged a taxi for us that couldn’t take all our bags, even though I had told them we had 8 bags and 4 of us. The taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance, we had a ton of bags, there was no one to be seen at the property, I had to climb all these stairs and almost got lost before I could reach the reception and asked for help. The property was technically run by kids in their 20s. Our taxi ride to the airport was a converted truck, super unsafe and uncomfortable. It’s kind of a joke. Honestly, this stay makes me question about staying with boutique hotels in the future. Can’t say I’d recommend it.

This stay exceeded our expectations. This is the only hotel I will stay in while visiting St. Thomas. The food was great as well

It's such a beautiful property, it is well designed, it's a little gem in the heart of the city. Aesthetically it's perfection.

The restaurant is pricey, I only ate the one thing which was Tuna Tartare and it was just ok. Can't speak for the rest of the dishes.

So I stayed here for my first solo trip and I am so happy I did. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. It overlooks St Thomas and you’ll have a beautiful view no matter where you’re standing. The rooms are sooo nice and each room has a sitting area right outside so its like a patio/balcony vibe, so cute. The only thing is there are alot of unleveled steps so heads up. They offer a complimentary breakfast buffet which was very nice. Also the front desk person Kim was very helpful, she would send me a text each day just checking if I needed anything for the day. I would absolutelyyyyyy stay here again, solo or with a partner.

We had a wonderful time there. Only for a night. Wish we had more time there.
