Beach, ocean view, front desk staff was friendly

No hot water, tv didn’t work, couldn’t connect to internet, beds so close to wall that I had to crawl in and out from the end in spite of the very spacious room, not a single water glass in the room, no plug-ins by the bed for phone charger, lighting in room very bright with no bedside reading lamps, restaurant closed at 5pm…no supper!1

Al llegar no estaba la recepcionista ,al entrar a la habitación no tenía luz nos cambiaron de habitación . En la piscina no se podía tirar clavados. No se permite fumar en la alberca no hicieron el aseo en los días que estuvimos hospedados

El personal muy malo y las sábanas manchadas y al salir me cobraron por las sábanas manchadas Es un abuso del personal las sábanas ya estaban manchadas jamás vuelvo a ese hotel tramonto
