Fantastic location... stylish and well equipped apartment Close to the airport and city easily accessible by tram Tram stops directly out the front 10 mjns tram to the Hyatt Conference centre

Location is located right along the Route 59 Tram Line making it quite easy to travel to both Downtown Melbourne and the airport. It is also walking distance to convince stores and a shopping plaza. Staff was very friendly and thorough at check-in. The room was cute, clean, & updated. No issues or commotions caused by other guests.

Our stay was brief but excellent, staff very helpful and professional. The car parking and the location all made it a very enjoyable stay and will definitely use again.

We had the worst experience the Moment we went to check in. We had booked a superior studio apartment and when we got there we found out that we were downgraded to the lowest category. We were then informed by reception that there is no other available room for us that matches our booking or any higher category with a balcony option for which we were happy to pay the difference. We then called a different local hotel and booked a room there however when the hotel manager of Punthill discovered we were not staying with them he refused to refund us our money and offered us a higher category room that had no balcony. At that stage we just needed a place to stay and accepted it.

The actual apartment was not clean and there were dirt and food crumbs all over the floor. The apartment lacked basic stuff such as paper towel and tissue. It did not even have salt and pepper. The area was very noisy and we were kept awake by sirens and noisy people at 3 am which then appeared to be neighbouring house houses.
