Location is good. Nice and safe neighborhood. Close to metro and supermarket.

Bathroom is very small. Shower space and sink is tiny. Water leaks to the floor as door cannot be closed tightly. Toilet rim is very dirty…. There is also hair on the sofa. When you open the trash can, there was a strong smell of cigarette. Very smelly. Bed is hard. Not comfortable.

The apartment was in a good location, close to the center and also the metro and bus station were close by. It was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was easy, I have only positive things to say about this apartment.

There was not breakfast included with the reservation

No Air Conditioning in the bedroom. Lack of first aid cleaning products Very reduce amount of toilet paper and paper towel, etc. etc. Only one set of towels and not place to wash the only sets, one for each person

The kitchen is impractical. Why are there two chairs in the apartment when it is for 5 people?

The apartment was spacious and close to a lovely cafe which was end of the street. Large bed and lots of space to store clothes.

Only little things that we didn’t like. The location was up a steep hill and to get to the Barrio Alto and tourism areas it’s a good 30 minute walk. The bed was very hard with one pillow - would have appreciated a choice between a hard or soft pillow. The walls are very thin and we had to ask our neighbours to turn their TV down at midnight as we could hear everything through the walls, this kept us up most of the night. Would have appreciated some UHT milk sachets for a coffee in the morning and also two wine glasses as only one available. A ledge in the shower would have been handy to store our shower gels, shampoo and conditions etc. The apartment was quite expensive for what it was, very basic inside.
