Cheers to Lisbon by Misha's Place 5A

The place was spotless and easy to access. It’s close to everything, with the metro just a few steps away and only about a 20-minute walk to the city center. We arrived very late, but everything felt safe and well-equipped.

El alojamiento se encuentra cerca de la Plaza Marqués de Pombal, a 20 minutos caminando del centro y a dos minutos de una parada de metro (Marqués de Pombal) que resulta ideal para llegar al alojamiento desde el centro cuando se está cansado. Nuestro apartamento estaba en el quinta planta (con ascensor), decorado minimalista y con muy buen gusto e idéntico a las fotografias. Disponía de una habitación con cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama, en el salón, que era muy cómodo. El alojamiento cuenta con una terraza muy amplia y acogedora en la primera planta, ideal para pasar un rato con los niños e incluso cuenta con una barbacoa. A cinco minutos hay una gran parque (Parque Eduardo VII), con una amplia zona ajardinada que fue ideal para llevar a nuestra perrita por las mañanas y noches para que puediese jugar y correr. En el apartamento hay una cafetera, y dejan cápsulas e infusiones, todo un detalle. También había una botella de vidrio en la nevera con agua. La chica que está en la recepción cuando llegamos muy amable. En la esquina de la calle hay una panadería ideal y en la misma calle un par de supermercados.

Central, well-equipped apartment near Avenida da Liberdade, Parque Eduardo VII, Banksy museum etc. The apartment had air-conditioning, fridge, iron, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, hob, comfortable bed, good shower, sofa bed, smart TV and all small appliances/equipment needed for a comfortable stay. There was a lift and a lockbox for self-check in/out which was convenient as we had lots of bags and our flight was delayed. There are two small supermarkets within walking distance of the apartment. Overall, good value for money and convenient for those who like to prepare some meals 'at home' while on holidays.

There was an unpleasant smell of drains on 3/8 of the days were were there which I had noted in other reviews. There was no option for luggage storage after checkout.

I highly recommend this apartment! It's the first time I've been so excited about where we stayed. When we asked to leave our luggage before check-in, we received a warm response and assistance with it. If you're traveling with children, this place is perfect: they provide a high chair and an additional bed (which we used as a playpen), and there's enough space for the whole family. Thank you for your hospitality!

Good location, good check-in

There was a really bad, foul smell in the property throughout our stay. It came from the bathroom sink. The host did not tell us in advance about this problem. When we reported it, the host said that the plumbing was old and that they could pour some chemicals down the drain to ease the smell. They also said that the problem is mainly there when it had rained or when it's very hot (so they knew about it beforehand). We declined because we were unsure about which kind of chemicals they would use since we were traveling with a young child, and because the weather was going to be better the second day of our stay, so we thought the smell would go, based on what the host had told us. But the smell was still really bad on the second day too, despite not being hot our rainy outside.
