Good location, walking distance to Pub street, lots of local restaurants. Room was very clean, hot water, good AC. Nice pool. Staff very helpful and helped arrange tour of Angkor Wat.

Breakfast was Western-style, I would have like an option for Cambodian style breakfast! But this is a really minor point!

The hotel allocated Polin as our tuktuk driver. He was excellent. He was a safe driver. He gave good recommendations for where to go and was happy for us to have a say too. He was always there early and was happy to go for as long as we wanted. He was knowledgeable about the temples and the area and showed us places we had not known about, that were really interesting. He is a great and patient guide. He showed us more places than we expected. He was keen to show us as much as possible. We drove around with Polin every day of our stay. He knew where to go when some of the main temples were closed for the 2023 SE Asia Games. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities very good for its rating. Spacious room. The breakfast was sufficient. The bed was comfortable. We had a room above the pool and the room was very quiet. Air con was good. Fridge was good. Duvet was great - just right for a good sleep. Location was easy to walk to Phare (Cambodian circus) and loads of restaurants and Gelato Lab. La Gargotte (restaurant across the road) was excellent - especially for Fish Amok and Beef in tamarind and lemongrass.

Could serve larger variety of fruit with breakfast - local fruit? Mangoes/papaya?

The location was great! It’s a nice hotel with nice rooms. Just be aware that you can hear everything from the street (it didn’t bother us but it might bother others). Friendly staff. We booked the 3 days tour for Angkor at the hotel and we had our own tuk tuk driver. He was amazing!

2 things: They don’t have laundry service but they recommend to you to go to the one in front. All my white clothes came back greyish and with some very strange spots. Me personally, I don‘t recommend that laundry service. We booked the bus from Siem Reap to Bangkok at the hotel and we were SO DISAPPOINTED! We had asked at several agencies and also at the hotel and finally we decided to book at the hotel because they guaranteed us that the bus company is a very good one. They offered us Nattakan bus company for either 26.- dollars (change) or 38.- dollars (direct), pick-up at the hotel included. We decided to book the one for 26.- dollars each. To make it short: the bus that came to pick us up at the bus station was NOT Nattakan but a little no name bus. By asking the other passengers in that bus, we found out that it is NOT nattakan and that they paid only 16.- dollars (we have heard of this option before but as menntioned above, we had decided to book an other, more expensive option at the hotel). So, what happened is that we booked and paid 26.- dollars each for Nattakan at the hotel BUT they booked us a little no name bus company. I don‘t think (hope!) that the hotel wanted to fraud us. It was probably the bus company Nattakan. To be honest I dont know. BUT the hotel didn‘t care to do something about it when we confronted them by chat once we were in Bangkok. They just apologized (after many many messages I had sent, I had to explain the same situation over and over again) and said that Nattakan lied to them and that they wont sell Nattakan tickets anymore to clients. And that if we wanted to make a complaint we could contact directly Nattakan BUT NO, WE REFUSED! We made the booking at the hotel and not with Nattakan. It’s their job to make sure their clients are treating correctly. They were just trying to walk away from the consequences. So I recommend to you to book somewhere else as I had this really annoying experience where we lost money and time.

Comfy bed. Fast WiFi. Good Aircon. Nice pool. Friendly and hospitable staff. Free airport or bus station pick up. Greeted with cold towels and juice. Mr Seha the tuktuk driver was amazing, very friendly. He took us around the temples for a very good price. Safe in the room. Great location

Wonderful peaceful place. Exceptional given the price. Very nice, big and clean swimming pool, comfy beds and clean rooms. Staff is nice and friendly and will help you with anything.

Not giving a 10 just because of the breakfast. It was very good and tasty, but portions lack a bit and there is not much of a choice.

everything about the property was great, facilities, breakfast and location, close enough to be in in walking distance (if you wanted to walk) but quiet enough for a good nights sleep. the only reason i give a 9/10 was due to the broken shower head which made showering quite amusing. the staff are very friendly and super helpful and helped organise Mr Pol tuk tuk driver to take us to Angkor Wat and market
