Hotel is located in a prominent area.

The room assigned to my family was extremely stinky and not airy at all. We had to turn on AC during winter for ventilation. Facilities are old and dirty. Curtains, chairs washroom etc. I booked for 2 days but left after spending 1 day.

Absolutely nothing had to cancel our entire booking

Everything it was dull dingy, showed us 3 rooms stunk of paint mould and damp, acted like these were normal rooms and were shocked we wanted to cancel our entire 2week booking. I don't know how these places are allowed to operate but booking.com should do some due diligence with what they allow on there site. This place could ruin your health the amount of sheer damp and mould is unreal, doesn't match pictures , would never stay at such a place then had to find alternative accomodation in the middle of the night , staff were more bothered about losing money maybe they should spend money renovating a hazardous property
