The staff was amazing And very nice!! They were also So accommodating. Don’t listen to the bad reviews , they are probably hard to please people lol. Also, please take the recommended transportation that the hotel sent to you if you want a very easy and comfortable experience!

El staff super amable y dispuesto a ayudar! La comida muy sabrosa y abundante

Las instalaciones la verdad que podrían ser mejor, nuestro baño y habitación tenia una gotera en la que caia agua marrón. Habia un generador afuera de nuestra habitación que funcionaba 24/7, por suerte teniamos tapones para poder dormir.

Crew very friendly. They tried hard to help but I guess they don’t have the resources. A bit more initiative would help them as well.

Readiness of the room, communication previous to the arrival. We had to wait too long till the rooms were ready… no drinks offered while waiting not even water.

Ligging aan strand was perfect! Leuke bedjes waar je goed kon liggen.

Geen airco, waardoor het heel warm werd. Verder koude douches en kleine wc ruimte.

La ubicación es excelente: es un lugar tranquilo, con poco bullicio y escasa presencia de vendedores ambulantes. Además, la comida es muy buena y la atención, tanto de la recepcionista como de la administradora, es maravillosa.

Hay algunos aspectos por mejorar. Al momento de entregarnos la habitación, el inodoro no funcionaba y tuvimos que esperar la llegada del plomero para que lo solucionara. En la noche solicité una botella de agua, pero no había disponibilidad, por lo que me vi en la necesidad de salir del hotel para comprarla. Adicionalmente, el servicio de transporte a la isla, solicitado directamente con el hotel, nos dejó aproximadamente a un kilómetro del destino, lo que nos obligó a caminar una distancia considerable.
