Poole Rockley Park Dorset- Pet Friendly

Well located for us to use as a base to explore the area. Perfect for our requirements. The cabin had everything we needed.

There were some minor maintenance matters that we have raised privately with the owner. Did not affect the enjoyment of our stay.

Good location , valuta for money, great valuta for money

Caravan was nice facilities were good too

Plenty of room, good location, strong WiFi and very clean. Check in process was efficient and easy.

Perfect location for visiting family in the area with our puppy. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, good parking and outside space for the dog to run about. Close to the main buildings but not too close to be noisy!

Nothing… everything was as described.

Rockley Park is nice

The caravan was dirty and there was a bad smell of mould everywhere, especially in the toilet and in the bedrooms. In the kitchen, they left the washing up sponge that was disgusting. I bought another one, and believe me, it wasn't very expensive!! Only the last night we found mould in a cupboard in one of the twin rooms. The floor in the kitchen and living room was filty. We moved one sofa to play some games, and underneath the sofa, there were some playing cards, a half chew bone, a couple of little balls that looked like food dog, and a thick layer of dust. Obviously, we left everything how it was. I addressed the issues with the owner, and they said that they couldn't give us any compensation because they are a small business. If they can't afford to take their own responsibility, why do they run a small business?? DON'T RENT THIS CARAVAN IN 17 ORCHARD BANK POOLE !!! They'll take the money, and they will let you stay in the dirty caravan and say that they were not aware of the state of the Caravan and not even taking their own responsibility. I hope only that their house is not so dirty !!! They should be ashamed of themselves. NO COMPENSATION - NO EVEN £ 80 FOR THE CLEAN AND THE APOLOGY !!

We love how there is so much to do here. Swimming, beach, activities and so many places to visit.
