The Carter by AvantStay – Spacious Stay Near Downtown 

It was extremely quiet loved that! Very clean and easily accessible to liquor stores and restaurants in the area! Would definitely stay there again!

Could hear people walking above you. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Parking garage was very small (I drive a suburban). We left a day early.

Location and price was great. I come up every other week for work and this is a great location. Lots to do and many places to eat. Room size is perfect and bed was very comfortable. Definitely will be staying here again.

The location and room were amazing. The full kitchen was an absolute delight. There was repeated littering and general trash right outside of the front door which was disheartening, but overall fantastic.

The property had everything we needed on hand. When I had a question I used the app chat feature and was promptly responded to. When I needed extra towels, I had a bag of towels delivered within 12 hours at my door. The room was beautiful with all the amenities of home. For sure using this same location the next time we are in Nashville.

The location and self-check are great; however, the apartment was not thoroughly clean. I found a pillowcase on a pillow on the bed with a blood stain, hair in the basin and on walls in the shower, and a used facemask and towel in the closet. There was a car parked in front of one of the exits and the outer doors were not secured (propped open). Overall, it was still a positive experience. Thank you.

Nice place, very clean, cheap, free parking. Can’t complain, would stay here again.

Apartment is awesome, parking is REALLY tight and only one spot per rental. Also the homeless people were a constant bother, asking for money. Other than that it was great. Would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed having enough space for our family, the good showers, and the cleanliness. The area was perfect for making trips to Broadway. We could have used more cooking pans and utensils. Also, the couch and chairs could use an update. Overall we had a really great time here!

The inside of the unit was very clean and spacious and bright The outside was in a not so safe area, and the music at the bars were extremely loud heavy-metal until the morning
