Morning Walsh Resort El Nido

The location is very nice, with easy access to both the main road and the beach. The room was quite spacious and very well equipped. Breakfast was decent. We did not experience any issues with power outages or water pressure, as some other guests mentioned—although we stayed on the ground floor, and we did meet someone on the first floor who complained about a lack of water. The internet was fairly good, and it seems the hotel has responded to previous feedback by installing a new Wi-Fi connection in the beach area.

The Wi-Fi wasn’t encrypted, so using it was not secure. There appeared to be a bar, but it closed very early—we never saw it open, and it was definitely closed by around 7 PM. Given the beautiful view from the bar area, it could have benefited from being open later, offering guests a more enjoyable experience.

Emplacement calme en retrait de la route. Quelques restaurants aux alentours. Très beau jardin et des endroits pour se poser au calme. Terrasse du petit déjeuner ave la vue sur la mer. Personnel sympathique qui nous a commandé des scooters et un van privé pour rejoindre le ferry. Possibilité d'avoir des massages avec vue sur mer et coucher de soleil. Le centre d'El Nido est accessible rapidement (10mn) avec des tuk tuk disponibles au niveau de la route. Les tarifs sont normalisés donc pas de surprise. Vanilla Beach est à 10mn en tuk tuk également, la plage de Lio (20mn) et Duli Beach (50mn). Le tuk tuk nous attend sur place pour ensuite nous ramener à l'hôtel.

Le petit déjeuner est assez simple. Pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel lui-même. La plage n'est pas top pour se baigner mais agréable pour s'y promener.

Was there at 22:30 in order to check in...23:00 were supposed to close the reception....nobody was there, totally dark , no lights...I've tried to contact the receptionists, but the two phone numbers that were written at the reception, didn't work at all...no answer...terrible experience..wouldn't book there again...

The ladies who work there made our stay! They were always happy to help and smiling. They helped us to arrange island tour hopping trip and get our laundry done. Great location right on the beach with restaurants in walking distance (we did hire a moped via the hotel which I would say is essential to explore & see/do other things e.g. El Nido Town). We were offered an option and paid to upgrade from the Queen Suite to a private room with balcony overlooking the sea on arrival with lovely views and good AC. There was drinking water provided with hot and cold options via the machine which was great. We had a massage done on the beach front by ladies working at the hotel.

The day we arrived there was no water at all for a few hours as they were switching a tank so we couldn’t shower or use the toilet during that time. There were also some power outages during our stay but these could not really be helped as affected the whole town. No hot water but I think this is very common across the island. Breakfast was simple yet tasty but no choice of options, for this price point would expect more choice.

Location on the beachfront superb and although only a 5 minute tuk tuk ride to El Nido town, very chilled, relaxed atmosphere. Good breakfast provided and staff are nice.

The hospitality industry is still evolving and Morning Walsh Resort is more of a guesthouse style as opposed to a 5 star hotel. Just be realistic with your expectations.

Un Acceuil fabuleux et un personnel au petit soin. un très bon emplacement dans un jardin bien entretenu. Un petit déjeuné simple mais avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Je recommande

Very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful with transfers and finding suitable tours. The rooms were clean and private. A simple breakfast was also provided

La ubicación. A un paso de los tours y de los bares de la playa.

Había cucarachas en la habitación y la ducha no se podía regular.
