There is construction next door on the doorstep from 8 AM - 5 PM. It is hard to say if there will be noise during your stay. Due to the possible daytime noise we are offering reduced rates. If it is too noisy for you during your stay, you can cancel your stay, and we will refund the nights you have not been staying. To comply with Indonesian government regulations, guests are required to complete and sign a short check-in form upon arrival and may be asked to present a valid ID. "Perfect for our short stay, plenty of space, to chill hang out swim relax etc, very comfortable.."

Location was great for us close to an event we were attending.

Could do with touch up paint etc in places but to be honest, expected with Bali climate.

Beautiful villa with an amazing atmosphere. The place was clean, peaceful, and exactly like the photos. The staff was kind and helpful, and the location was perfect for relaxing. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

Nice cozy small pool and friendly staff.

The bathroom has a wood floor for the shower but because it’s a shower floor it’s always wet and smells like rotten wood and black mold stains. The villa is a bit dated

Like every other Balinese, customer service was good.

First and most important, what you pay for on booking isn’t what you get. They keep photos of a beautiful and bigger villa on booking.com and when you’re done paying, they send you a video of a studio via whatsapp. that’s your apartment. I find it very dishonest right? The studio is bug infested. Geckos and huge lizards litterally lived with you. Bugs on the bed and sheets, falling down from the ceiling. The environment is noisy due to ongoing constructions. We could barely have a pool time or leisure outdoors. It’s not even private. Construction workers at the next building could see us from the inside. The bathroom had a terrible(bad) smell through out our stay eventhough the management tried to repair. The bathing towels were damped. Lack of amenities. No TV! Pool was old and the bottom edges had dark patches. Worst of all, you sign an agreement to the villa’s principles where you are totally responsible for everything and your own safety during your stay. Incase you get bitten by a bug, it’s your sole responsibility. Incase of theft, it’s your responsibility. Worst stay ever in Bali and we certainly will never rebook! I DO NOT recommend.
