Spacious room. We got upgraded to family room as there was an issue with the room that we booked earlier. It was amazing! Though the view wasn't the view that we were looking for, we had an enjoyable stay. Oh and to the pretty receptionist that supported us the night we arrived, thank you so much! Looking forward to more stays with Le Vert :)

Nothing except the smell and noise from the construction next to the building were quite overwhelming.

Location

I am disappointed with my recent stay. The staff were not friendly when I reported an issue with the air conditioner. Although I was moved to another room, the replacement room was much smaller than the room category I had paid for. Despite the inconvenience caused, my request for a late check-out or any form of compensation was not considered. The overall service recovery was poor, and the staff showed little effort to assist or accommodate guests.
