Loved it here. There’s not much to do in Quy Nhon besides the beautiful beaches but I were to come back I’d love to stay at the grand Hyams again. The reception was so so nice to us & were really helpful. Especially Trang Nguyen was something else! We went out of her way to help us out anywhere she could. She would reply immediately to my texts if I had any questions. Gave us recommendations on where to eat & made sure we were good at all times. Thank you Trang for everything. You’ve made our experience even better!

Walking distance to the beach. Safe location. Awesome breakfast. Fairly new building. Parking entrance is tight.

Absolutely love everything about this place. From their great supports to a convenient location with stunning views, everything exceeded our expectations. But the thing makes this such a special place to us are the staffs. Especially, the receptionist (Ms. Trang) is fantastic. She's helpful with her good advices and always available. Will be back! A big thumbs up!

I am sad to leave such a review but I did not have a good experience at this hotel. My circumstances were quite unique so I am sure anyone else would love to stay here. It is a beautiful hotel that offers much. For me however, it didn’t go well. A week before checking in I fell sick with a cold and fever. I was already in Quy Nhon but wanted to leave early as I wasn’t getting better. I tried to cancel my reservation but the hotel firmly refused stating I had booked it through a third party ( booking dot com) and I must contact them. Upon contacting booking they informed me that it is up to the discretion of the hotel to refund me or not but the hotel refused. To be fair it was in my booking policy that it was non refundable but in the past when I fell ill in Mexico, the hotel there did refund me as they were kind and understanding but this hotel wasn’t . Check in was cold, no welcome drink or nothing. The room was beautiful, big but not impeccably clean. The floors were dirty and full of hair. 20 min after check in I kept getting a call from reception asking me if they can “ set up my room”?? I said no but they kept calling. Remember, I am sick, in bed trying to sleep off my cold while the phone kept ringing. So finally I go downstairs with my phone to use google translator as staff spoke poor English here. The lady explained to me she wanted to give me a plate of welcome fruits. This was a nice gesture but should have been arranged PRIOR to my arrival to avoid bothering me. In summary, this was what my whole stay was all about: overly intrusive staff that kept disturbing me constantly. My room had AC and while this is great if you are hot, it was cold, grey ,rainy and 23 degrees in Quy Nhon not to mention I was sick like a dog so I shut it off but every few hours it would automatically turn on again. At night I would wake up with freezing cold air blowing on me. Needless to say, I got even more sick staying at this hotel. I tried to take a hot shower to warm myself up, no hot water. On my first day it was warm, second day, lukewarm the after that it was just room temperature. So 5 day stay with no hot water. Staff offered me to change rooms but I was too sick to pack up again and move. At this point I was 3x more sick then when I checked in due to showering in room temperature water. Remember , the weather was grey, cold and windy! One of the customer service ladies kept texting me on Whatts App and she came to my door so many times… I had to finally tell her how inappropriate it was to be overly intrusive and I had to tell her to just back off and leave me alone. In their attempts to be kind and helpful, they actually created the opposite. They became annoying and disruptive. On my first 2 nights , I had a couple staying beside me yelling, shouting and fighting constantly. I could hear all the noise! Luckily staff managed to get them to stop so rooms are not noise proof. It was rather quiet after that and I did not hear noise from traffic at all. The area is great, very close to the beach, housekeeping staff is great and will really stock up anytime you ask. The pool is ice cold so not swimmable at all unless it’s a hot scorching day. The gym is fantastic but no air, no AC, no fans. My room rate included nothing, no breakfast, no airport transportation although I paid cheaper at my other hotel in Quy Nhon and it did include all of that not to mention piping hot water, beach view and incredible staff. This hotel however, really fell short to meet my expectations. it is important for them to understand that there is a fine line between being kind and helpful versus being annoying and harassing your guests and in this case, I felt harassed and bothered during my whole stay. Not to mention how I couldn’t even wash myself in hot water for five days. For a hotel that tries to give itself an image of being fancy and classy yet not to have such a basic thing like hot water? It’s all image but no substance. 2 months in Vietnam and never experienced this! I definitely won’t be staying here again.

Hotel and staff excellent highly recommended we nothing was too much trouble. Location very good beach is 100 meters away and within reach of plenty of places to eat. Hotel would be first choice if we visit Quy Nhon again. A-big thank you to all of the staff

Should out to Ms. Nga at Grand Hyams Hotel Quy Nhon provided outstanding service, securing me a same-day check-in even at 11pm. She was professional, efficient, and found me a clean room with a beautiful beach view after a disappointing homestay experience. Plus, I got a food massage 20 minutes for free. Thanks to her, I could fully enjoy my trip. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience at Grand Hyams Hotel Quy Nhon, thanks to Nga at the reception. She was incredibly professional and efficient, helping me secure a same-day check-in within just 30 minutes. Before arriving at this hotel, I had booked a homestay that turned out to be dirty and unprofessional, but Nga truly saved my trip. She provided me with a clean, comfortable room with a beautiful beach view, allowing me to fully enjoy my vacation in Quy Nhon. Her outstanding service and quick assistance made all the difference. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay in Quy Nhon! Beautiful hotel with lovely, patient and friendly staff. The room and the view are gorgeous. Bed and linens soft and comfortable. Shower is amazing with ample hot water. Great pool with lots of comfortable seating. It’s a very quick walk to beach, restaurants and a mini mart. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks to Kinh for making this such a wonderful stay!
