The road driving in and out needs improvement.

The long Washboard gravel road was awful.

Very disappointing experience. The receptionist was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. From the moment we arrived, I did not feel that we were welcomed. When I asked about hotel tours and activities, he could not provide any details about what was available, when tours started, or how to book them. He was equally unable to help when I asked about local taxi services or whether Uber operated in the area. The shower water temperature was also a concern. We were told it was fixed, yet it changed unexpectedly from comfortable to extremely hot, creating a potential safety issue. Another drawback is that the hotel does not serve lunch. Given its remote location, this is inconvenient, as the nearest restaurants are about 25 miles away. What disappointed me most was not the lack of immediate answers, but the lack of effort to help. I expected the front desk staff to either know basic information about the hotel and local area or be willing to find out. Overall, the experience fell well below expectations.

It was picturesque and the staff was wonderful. I highly recommend the cave massage. My sister and I enjoyed everything about the place. The food, music, hot pools and the whole vibe.

It was quite expensive. A mini frig was not available. No soft drinks were available to purchase on the property.

La estética y el emplazamiento

No hay calefacción y las noches son heladoras. Muy desagradable. Solo tienen una estudiar d madera q se consume en 10 mins. El comedor y servicio es insuficiente para el número de huéspedes, tardas mucho en cenar o desayunar
