La Belle Vie Boutique Hotel

This hotel is very nice! The bed is soo comfortable. Duong, the lady at the reception, was super nice with us!

The location is not very close to a lot of restaurants and bars.

Receptionist Thaq helped a lot for booking and other enquirers

Cleanliness

the staff was excellent.

Underground parking had steep incline.

My room, had the river view, so that was good, comfortable bed, good size room, clean and quite. Good price for a 4 star hotel, location a bit far from the centre of town, i had a motorbike so no problem, keep that in mind. Enjoyed the stay.

POSITIVES The staff at the front desk were friendly. The check-in and check-out process was quick for me. The room I booked looked like in the pictures.

NEGATIVES There's a kitchenette in my room but we couldn't cook in there. There was a clump of hair at the entrance to my bathroom when I checked in. Also, a dirty face towel was covering the drain in my bathroom that was left there either by hotel maintenance or a previous guest. There were ants in my room and they went onto furniture. The pool area was empty and needs maintenance. It did not look like in the pictures. The corridor on the floor of my room had motion sensor lighting. It was dark everytime I stepped into the corridor from the lifts or from my room. It wasn't very inviting. The floor in my room had a vomit smell that lingered. There was also a smoke smell coming from somewhere. The smell comes and goes. The location isn't ideal if you like having many eateries at the foot of your door.

Picture making you expect more than this hotel is in reality. The neighbourhood hasn’t a good vibe. Maybe I didn’t check well enough for the location before booking but we really regretted our choice and decided to stay only for one night and leave. No hand soap. window in a corner which doesn’t bring a lot of light. Had to knock on the next door in the morning because we could hear loud music before 8am in the weekend.
