"Not clean"

The staff were good very nice and always willing to help however overall cleanliness and comfort were very disappointing. Cockroaches around, floors had hair on it the showers were always pooling up with water and a disgusting smell from the fridge. The oven was gross and the walls were too. They were also not willing to give us enough towels for the amount of people in the room. There were also no basic things in the room. We had to buy our own soap for the bathrooms and kitchen. The staff also do not speak english which is ok because we just ended up using google translate but that increases the time for communicating.

"Se necesita remodelación urgente "

El apartamento necesita urgente una remodelación. La puerta de ingreso se abre sino tiene pasador nocturno, la nevera no funcionó, está muy mal dotada en menaje, los aires acondicionados en mal estado sonaban y uno dejo de funcionar, Se cayó un pedazo de techo en una habitación. Lo peor es que hay cucarachas. El ingreso se hace por el parqueadero porque no hay rampa. Las encargadas amables tratan de solucionar pero no lo logran. La copropiedad está bien ubicada en una zona donde se consigue fácilmente supermercados, transporte, entre otros. De igual forma hay Parqueadero gratis.
