The glamping experience was quite extraordinary and the views were breathtaking however the maintenance of the property needs upgrading as the trek to the bubble was an eyesore with discarded items on the way. The bubble we stayed in also had a small leak which is most inconvenient since Colombia is known for intermittent thunderstorms. Overall once maintenance is done this could go from a 5/10 to 10/10.

"Clamping with style"

10.0

A very unique place. Dress warm though, it gets chilly at night. Our "bubble" was on a large deck with barbecue, hot tub, fire pit, and adequate chairs and tables. Perhaps the best part was the staff, which was exceptional. Getting to the "bubbles" requires walking up and down some steep, but we'll groomed paths. Overall an awesome and unique experience.

"Well equipped, but aging "

6.0

Glamping was well equipped but a bit run down, BBQ didn't burn evenly, bubble tent actually had leaks and we could feel a mist when raining. Service was no stellar either, we asked for oil to cook fries in, and they said that we could cook them in butter. Overall needs improving.

"DO NOT VISIT - THEY WITHOLD INFORMATION TO CHARGE YOU MORE AT CHECK OUT!!"

2.0

Worst place ever they tell you breakfast is free and show you a list with just 4 items then charge you for ordering more than 1 item per person l. Please note they did not tell us if we require more than 1 item it from the FREE BREAKFAST LIST it would be additional. We are not from Colombia so we wanted to try more than 1 item to get a taste of each and they tasted HORRIBLE. Pictures on the website are not t be same as when you get there the cabins are run down not well kept boards are old and the room is insect infested, leaves all over the net and the pillow on the outside that u sit on when on the mesh is left in the rain and dirty… the. The bathroom area has lots of dried banana leaf on the ground they could have removed those the wood in the bathroom looks like they picked it and then just put it up - not smooth if you like a well kept environment this experience is not for you!

While the experience was fun we did have some issues. First and foremost the blanket was dirty and the sheets on bed had stain. Also there were about 4 things on menu we couldnt get because they were out. We had to resort to getting an alternative that was higher.

We visited in January 2023, and it was the worst idea! It was far from everything, and the dirt roads to get there had large potholes that we had to try very hard to navigate around in order to reach the main road. One day we went out and came back, only to find that our suitcase and Gucci slide had melted from the heat damage inside the bubble. We couldn’t stay inside the bubble once the sun was up, as they had a small electric fan that didn’t budge. The only way to communicate with them was by using a walkie talkie, which was inconvenient. The walkway up to the bubble was poorly lit, so we had to use our phone lights to guide us. As for the damage to our belongings, they took a picture and a report, and that was it. Since we returned to the States, we've been trying to contact them, but all the people we spoke to said they would inform the manager, and we haven't heard anything yet. It's been 1 year and 7 months. We are from Jamaica, and when we say it's too hot, we mean it!
