Rosen Apartment

The location was great. Walking distance to Bergen central. Washing machine snd drying rack was great.

The stairs getting down and up from the bedrooms and bathroom are very steep. Be aware if you have elderly people in your group. The last bedroom has no access to the wifi. We got locked out of the apartment. We were told that happens sometimes as the code lock needs fixing. Not helpful! No response via booking.com messages so I had to call. I really don’t like leaving negative feed back but this time it was warranted.

Ομορφο διαμερισμα,κοντα στο κεντρο. Καλα στρωματα, αρκετα καθαρο. Διαθεσιμοτητα χωρου για κρατηση αποσκευων.

Το αρνητικο ειναι οτι δεν παρεχει σαμπουαν και αφρολουτρο και σε μας ελλειπε και το πατακι μπανιου. Στις παροχες,βεβαια, δεν αναφερει οτι παρεχει τα σχετικα,λεπτομερεια ομως που δεν θα προσεχαμε ποτε! Ειναι το μοναδικο καταλυμα που μπηκα για μπανιο και βγηκα απραγη,το πρωτο βραδυ!!!🤨

The location is great, walking distance from the train station and city centre. It’s located in a very quiet neighbourhood!!

The bathroom is very narrow but well equipped!!

Nagyon szép, tiszta szállás a belvárosban, pár perc séta a kikötő. A lakásba kapukóddal lehet bejutni melyet a szállásadó küld el érkezés előtt. Részletes és világos útmutatót kaptunk a bejutáshoz, minden gördülékeny volt. Mosókapszulát kaptunk a mosáshoz, van szárítógép. A konyha jól felszerelt.

A szagelszívón keresztül kis alapzaj volt hallható állandóan, és a lépcsőházban mindig az ajtó előtt hagytak takarítóeszközöket valamint csereágyneműket, de ezek csupán apró észrevételek.

The apartment was very nice, cosy, and beautifully maintained. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. One of the features we appreciated most was the large windows with blinds, which allowed plenty of natural light while still providing privacy when needed. The apartment was bright, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The layout was excellent for our group of five. The apartment has three bedrooms, each with comfortable double beds, ensuring everyone had a good night's sleep. The beds were spacious and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were also very happy to find both a washer and dryer available. After several days of travelling, it was extremely convenient to be able to do our laundry and start the next part of our journey with clean clothes. Overall, the apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and ideal for families or small groups. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The main issue we encountered was the front door lock. After a long day of travelling, we were unable to open the door and had to wait about 30–45 minutes for assistance. The owner was responsive and arranged for a technician to come the next morning. After being shown the correct technique, we were able to use the lock without further issues. Another point to note is that the stairs leading down to the bedrooms are quite steep. As not-so-young travellers, we found them a little challenging and somewhat intimidating, especially when carrying luggage or moving around at night. We appreciate the owner's efforts to resolve the door issue promptly, but clearer instructions for the lock and a warning about the steep stairs would be helpful for future guests.
