The place is in a perfect location into the Zoco.You can go walking to the main places. The personnel is so kind, nice and professional. It was a great experience to be allocated there. Also I would like to give a very good mention to the food.

The staff was absolutely the highlight of the stay. Everyone is so kind and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. On our last night we had to take a taxi at 4:30am which they offered to arrange and walked with us at night to get it. The terrace was very pleasant. We got room service every day which I wasn’t expecting. I also enjoyed the typical moroccan breakfast. Thank you all :)

On our first night we had already woken up at 4am and were very tired, so we wanted an early night. Unfortunately when we arrived we were informed by staff that the manager decided to throw a private party with his friends on the terrace (we were welcomed to join but too tired…). As previous reviews mentioned, the room windows don’t isolate the sound at all and so we were not able to sleep until past 1am. I felt that was very inconsiderate towards guests that have paid a lot of money to enjoy their stay. It was also very clear that the staff member who stayed in the riad that night also did not get much sleep. The hot tub is definitely not cleaner after each use. By our third day the water had turned green and was too dirty to go in. I did enjoy my stay overall but don’t think I’d recommend it.

It only looks good from the outside.

It looks decent on the surface, but the details are poorly executed. The rooftop jacuzzi was filled with water and turned on, yet the walls of the tub were shockingly dirty. There are so many flies in the dining area that it’s impossible to eat.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo riad durante il nostro viaggio a Marrakech e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La struttura è bellissima, curata nei minimi dettagli, molto pulita e accogliente. Le camere e gli spazi comuni sono tenuti con grande attenzione e permettono di vivere un’autentica esperienza marocchina in un ambiente rilassante e confortevole. La colazione era ogni mattina ricca, varia e davvero ottima, con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Anche il cibo che abbiamo avuto occasione di provare durante il soggiorno è stato eccellente. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto il personale: sempre gentile, sorridente, disponibile ed estremamente efficiente. Ci hanno fatto sentire i benvenuti fin dal primo momento e sono stati sempre pronti ad aiutarci con professionalità e cortesia. Consigliamo assolutamente questo riad a chiunque voglia visitare Marrakech e vivere un soggiorno piacevole e autentico. Grazie ancora a tutto lo staff per aver reso la nostra esperienza così speciale!

Localização, apesar de ficar perto das atrações turísticas situa-se num beco estreito manhoso, sentes alguma insegurança

Everything was great. Beautiful riad close to the medina. Friendly and helpful staff, and a great chef. We highly recommend the beef tagine and the pastilla. Very nice roof terrace and sunset views. We had a broken shower which was completely replaced within a day
