very good hotel , we have breakfast in la carte , service was amazing , waiter camal was very good , give us extraordinary service , very polite , well serve , all other staff member was amazing , part of all amazing experience , just one thing is missing indian breakfast items , still enjoy breakfast

I ate at L’Artisan. I sat near with window with the view and the sun. It was my first Eid alone and what made the experience even better were the staff. I had a wonderful start with Hamza a very skilled drinks creator. It was a brand new experience to have drinks made at your table. I named them Delicate Rose and Blueberry Delight, and that was what it was a delight. Wafaa the hostess was warm and welcoming. She could tell I wanted to take pics ☺️, explained what was on offer and sat me at the best seat. She said I could move if it gets too hot in the desert heat. Finally I ordered eggs royal, it didn’t disappoint. Said the waiter had just the right amount of attention to detail. He had excellent knowledge of the menu and offered off the menu items such as avocado to compliment the meal. He knew to pair my eggs with a hot drink and the iconic signature Raffles waffle with an iced Spanish latte. As a solo traveller it’s lovely when the Saff are genuine and kind. I really appreciate the care the staff gave me. Lots of love ND

Raffles Doha is really worth the hype around it! The rooms by far quite possibly could be the best hotel room I’ve ever stayed in! The service by the bellmen at the front, the host and waiters in the breakfast restaurant, the staff at the ground floor pool at the raffles! Was by far amazing! They went above beyond! The staff at the second floor pool wasn’t so great, they was soo with the service and we waited a while before they even came to take our orders. The ground floor pool at the Fairmont wasn’t great either from the manager, he took my order and then didn’t put it through and the waiters came over after 10 mins asking whether I’d like to order. (The waiters there was very helpful) We had an issue with the remote control in the toilet in the room and the maintenance person came and he wasn’t so friendly. He said that he had to send someone to change the battery but we suggested that he just took the remote and changed the battery remotely but he declined. It may have been a language barrier! But all in all I will defo go back there to stay but just would stay away from the 2nd floor pool.

تم حجز الجناح مع دفع مبلغ للفطور شخص لكن للاسف عند المطعم تم مطالبتنا بسعر الفطور وللاسف أحرجنا و دفعنا المبلغ وبعدها راجعنا الاستقبال وأكدنا لهم أننا دفعنا المبلغ للفطور لماذا تم مطالبتنا بالمبلغ مرة اخرى !! وتم المراجعة وبالفعل تاكد الموظف من الدفع !؟
