"This was the worse vacation experience I ever had. And on top of everything booking is still trying to charge my credit"

Nothing. They had no knowledge of us coming. And I showed them the confirmation number

They did not care about how inconvenient my friends and I were. The said they had no conformation for booking. Com. We were basically stranded for 1 whole day with no where to stay .
