Location was perfect. 10 min walk from Stadium. The B nB is spotless, rooms are of a very high standard and our breakfast was beautiful. Our hosts Frankie and Gloria were wonderful. So attentive, polite and helpful. Bed was really comfartable. I couldnt fault the anyrhing about this Bed and Breakfast. Will definitely return.

Frankie and Gloria were perfect hosts. The room was spotless, warm, modern and very comfortable. It had everything you needed. Would deffinatly come back again.

Lovely little area beautiful room has everything we needed, our hosts were incredible, we honestly just felt like we were staying with family. The food was delicious as well. Gave us everything we needed and always greeted us with a friendly smile. And met needs for extra arrangements for my partners birthday which turned out beautiful, 10/10

Not one bad thing about it

Incredibly clean and well put together. Gloria and Frankie are so sweet and helpful with anything you might need. Also the breakfast was delicious! It will be my go to spot for Manchester from now on

The location of the accommodation is excellent – it’s peacefully tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet conveniently located just 20 minutes from Old Trafford Stadium and only a 10-minute walk from the nearest tram station. This combination of tranquility and accessibility makes it an ideal place to stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere, modern comforts, and a great location!

Exceptional is not quite describing it - the hosts were super friendly, the location was perfect and quiet and private. Everything very new and stylish and the original Hong Kong breakfast was absolutely topping it

My greatest experience of a B&B. The hosts Gloria and Frankie were super friendly and helpful with anything I wondered about. The room was clean, spacious, cosy and had a Bluetooth mirror/speaker! It was a bit chilly so bring an extra sweater now during winter. Will absolutely recommend this to any friend going to Manchester and definitely come back. Thanks for a lovely stay and loved the Man Utd theme in the breakfast room 😍
