Ambiance Boutique Art Hotel Lahore

This is a nice small boutique hotel located in Gulberg close to nice restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and the shower was very powerful which was a plus point. The porters and security staff were particularly helpful.

The reception area is very small and there are no other ground floor rooms to explore. What lets this hotel down most of all is the reception staff. Following a long, exhausting journey to Lahore we arrived at the hotel in the evening. There was no welcome from the reception staff, or "how are you" or "welcome to the Ambiance hotel." Small things matter, especially from a small intimate hotel. A proper welcome was only given by the porter in the lift, for which he received a tip. When we asked the reception staff for help with some basic things, they were unhelpful or this is not possible. We resorted to the porters who were more accommodating and helpful. The breakfast menu is limited. On balance, we would not stay at the Ambiance again on our next trip to Lahore because of our experience of the reception staff. This hotel needs to work on the basics i.e. meet and greet your guest warmly and cater for their basic needs. Its not a lot to ask especially given the price charged for this hotel.

The rooms are too small otherwise everything was superb . Management is very cooperative and nice.

Clean, comfortable and extremely accommodating ! The staff always pays extra attention and the front desk manager Hassan was extremely helpful and made sure our stay was fantastic.
