The location is perfect in the old canter. It's on the 4th floor and there's an elevator. My room was big with sherd toilets, it was clean. The kitchen is small but very cute and you have everything you need.

Ótima localização, quarto espaçoso e cama bem confortável

Apesar de haver aquecedor no quarto, não há na casa de banho e, como esta dá pra varanda, fica demasiado frio. A porta da varanda também não tem estores ou cortina, tornando um pouco desconfortável usar a casa de banho

Location was really good, a short walk from the square.

Bed was rock hard on a metal base with no duvet, just a blanket. Stairs not very well lit to find the 4th floor if not using the lift.

Location, smooth self check-in, nice communal areas

My room had issues: 1) heavy leak of water from the shower to the room (there are gaps between the tiles and the tap's piping, fixing that would be elementary). This might be the cause for the smell of mould in the room. 2) missing lower latch in a window which was not closing properly (an issue in winter) The rubber floor in the room isn't fancy

The place is very well located, close to the main square and opposite of the Teatro Circo, which you can see from the windows. We had a room with a bathroom, there was also a kitchen and AC. It did switch off a few times during the night but then it turned back on so I’m not sure what happened. Don’t know about the staff, cause it was a self check in and we didn’t have to contact them. The lockbox in which the key was located was a bit difficult to open but we managed. There was a lift as well.
