Hyatt Regency Baytown-Houston

I was fortunate to have a colleague recommend this location. I have business interest in the southeastern Houston market and this has evolved to become my absolute "go to" for comfort and access to where I have to be.

Hotel is new and quite nice! Great lobby, gret abar, great room, arguably a great location-- breakfast was amazing so-- i'd probably go back just to try dinner.

maybe it's just new, maybe they misjudged the area... just was empty an =d i was there on a friday night. so empty i didnt even stay the second night i paid for. also pub next door looks liek a joke and has the worst rating ive ever seen...maybe there's just not enough business ...

Hyatt Convention Center Way is truly a wonderful and amazing location. What sets this property apart from any other hotel is its outstanding staff and customer service. We recently hosted a conference here, and from start to finish, the experience was flawless. The staff were the most accommodating, professional, and cooperative team we’ve ever worked with. Whether it was early morning or late evening, they were always present, ready, and willing to do whatever it took to ensure our event was a huge success. A special thanks to Ms. Irene, who went above and beyond when I was missing a sign-in sheet. She kindly allowed me to send her my document, printed it promptly, and had it ready even earlier than expected. She and her team also welcomed us warmly every morning at breakfast, providing excellent service throughout each meal. Equally impressive was Ms. Brittany, who consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. When small issues arose, such as with rooms or scheduling, she resolved them quickly and efficiently, always ensuring we were completely satisfied. Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel itself is stunning. The view of the water is refreshing, and watching the sunrise each morning was absolutely magnificent. The fitness center is open 24 hours and equipped with top-notch machines, including Peloton bikes and a variety of durable, versatile equipment perfect for all fitness levels and goals. I cannot say enough about the Hyatt Regency Baytown Houston—its people, its service, and its atmosphere. I highly recommend this location for anyone seeking a comfortable, first-class experience like no other.

Greatest experience for the expenses we paid, interesting sea view and great food experience. We were assigned a water view suite upon on check in, and the hotel also offered us later-check-out at 4pm.

Stayed over thanksgiving visiting family. Scenic hotel with fantastic staff. Breakfast was excellent and the head chef Joaquin was fantastic. Will definitely stay again.
