The staff was rude, Hygiene was not there i found an insect on my pillow, disgusting. No assistance was there and their room condition sucked. The lock was not proper. The receptionist was being unkind and rude when needed help regarding something urgent. Overall I will never recommend it for family or females travelling alone.

Room is clean and well decorated. Breakfast is also of the best thing.

Either they should not offer breakfast and if they do, the spread should have been decent carrying at least 4 to 5 different dishes. They only offered Misal Pav as one & only breakfast dish. They had only BANANA for fruits. They had only TANG MANGO drink for fruit juice. They only had TEA & no coffee. They only had one sweet dish - SHEERA that too was under-cooked & non of the guests opted to eat SHEERA. No cereals, No milk, Eggs were chargeable. Don't ever go for breakfast even if you've paid for breakfast.

It starts with the reception person who was good at her work but sounded little rude and had ZERO smile on her face which you expect to be from hospitality staff. The rooms were not clean enough & the bathrooms were dirty plus the bath fittings were broken. The TV was barely working. The hot kettle wasn't working. Only one sachet of Milk Powder, 2 sachets of coffee, 4 sachets of white sugar were kept along side the hot kettle. We had booked a room for 3 but they had only kept ONE water bottle that too was only RO water & not mineral water. Upon asking for one more water bottle, the reception person said it will be charged extra. Heads up.. this property is bang in the middle densely populated old pune camp area largely occupied by muslim community and close to a mosque. So, if you are a hard core HIndu you would want to avoid this place.
