Wyoming

We were looking for something not far from the airport and this worked well. We had an airport pick-up one day and departures the following. It was a good location for this as well as getting downtown for a brewery and a bite to eat. The property was very clean, and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a night, including a much-needed washer and dryer. We did not use the kitchen but it looked very nice with new appliances.

Very clean, spacious home. Perfect for a family of 5! We would definitely recommend this beautiful apartment!

Our trip to Anchorage was excellent. The house we stayed at was close to a school but a very quiet neighborhood. We throughly enjoyed our time here.

Very nice place. Owner was very helpful. Everything was clean and new. Location was good. Able to get everywhere quickly.

Excellent job with the new remodel. Very nice interior and decor.

Price is a bit high for the location which is not great.

About the only thing I liked was that it was the cheapest place to stay in Anchorage compared to brand hotels. Inside of the place has been remodeled recently and the owner is fairly new to renting their Air BNB.

The location was horrible so don't let the inside pics fool you. Now I know why there were no exterior pics of the outside. The property is surrounded by junk by other adjoining neighbors, but no one would know this unless it was disclosed or through pics. The towels were not washed as they stunk and shed really bad with lent everywhere. The place smelled like vinegar through the whole unit as that must of been the product of choice for cleaning which is not inviting to guests. The mattresses are really hard so unless you like very firm you will wake up with back pain. In my opinion I would not recommend and the savings comparing to a nice hotel isn't worth it.

SURPRISE!!! We were there for two nights and checked in around 9 PM the first night. The next evening we were having dinner when the door lock started beeping and someone was trying to come in!!! I opened the door to find a very nice family who had a confirmed booking from another site with the correct access codes. Fortunately, they were very gracious and had a place to stay with family. But, they told us they had been IN THE APARTMENT THE NIGHT BEFORE prior to us checking in. Thee response we got from the owner took a long time and I felt it was a bit dismissive. This situation could have gotten very ugly if either party had been less understanding and wanted to make a scene. It is also a HUGE safety and security problem. That being said, the neighborhood raises some eyebrows as you drive through, and there is a storage area where workers (painters ??) are starting/ending their day and the property is clearly undergoing reno so lots of debris/junk in the back where we have to take the trash out. Those were the negatives. The apartment renovation was very, very nice. A couple of chairs in the living area would be nice. One of the closet rods was missing so limited ability to hang clothes and no place to open our suitcases except the floor. Maybe they are still figuring out what it needs. The kitchen is very nicely done, but the counters/island are raw unsealed wood so there is a risk of staining something and getting charged for repair.

Great location. Clean. Quite. Would stay again. Easy communication with owner. Friendly owner and helpful. Nicely stocked with shampoo conditioner and bodywash
