Very unprofessional hospitality. Ignored messages till the checkin time passed, and denied access. Had to run around between searching for hotels to spend the night in.

The room and generally the house was clean. There are two bathrooms with showers, one small and one big. There are a few rooms in the apartment shared among other guests. During my stay, it was quiet and did not experience any issues with the other guests. Oh, and the automated checkin was great. It's so nice that you can practically check-in at any time during the day/night. My room also had a balcony which was amazing. Oh, and the fact that there was a bottle of water on the table with some snacks was a nice touch that I enjoyed very much. In other accommodations you rarely see these beautiful finishing touches.

In other accommodations I've been to in Italy, these days the beds are more comfortable. In other accommodations the beds either have memory foam mattress or the mattress is harder and more dense, thus much better for people with back pain. Also, I wish the staff checked bathroom soaps regularly as it was finished. The location wasn't good in my opinion. Despite people generally being in fond of Santa Rita, I am personally a fan of having metro stations nearby. The buses can take up to 20~25 minutes to arrive!
