"Try to avoid if you want to enjoy Varanasi in terms of location, hospitality & comfort."

Property was located in the middle of the busy noisy market place which was very annoying. On top, sewage canal passing in front of the property was spreading an abhorrent smell in the lobby. On the top, air conditioning of the room was not effective at all for all 4 days.despite of the request, no body sorted initially until I was really loud. Though maintenance guys could not sort out the problem. At the end, they shifted the room in the 3rd day. But problem was the same. Unresolved!!!!

Disgusting behaviour of the staff member in the restaurant named Vishal where he was attacking client on personally. He had no empathy, extremely rude. Overall,we did not have a relaxing stay, rather a tussle all time.
