We had a great stay at this apartment! The location was fantastic, and Gustavo kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which was really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Excellent for a stay in Mexico City

Large comfortable apartment with nice large bathrooms. Everything we needed was available and the area was secure and close to restaurants and shops

Nunca tuvimos ninguna comunicación con los encargados de la propiedad antes de llegar. Nosotras escribimos a un número de WhatsApp para avisar el horario en que llegaríamos el mismo día y nos respondieron OK. Cuando llegamos no había nadie y nos dejaron una hora en la puerta del edificio esperando que llegara alguien (siempre con un trato poco cortés) cuando finalmente entramos, no era la unidad que habíamos reservado y faltaba una cama. Intentaron convencernos de llevarnos a otro edificio muy alejado de la zona de nuestra preferencia. Para todo esto ya eran las 9pm. Exigimos que nos pongan una cama que traerían de otro departamento. Fue una discusión larga pero lo logramos. Por supuesto quedaron en recompensarnos y no fue así, a lo que le pedimos si podíamos hacer un late check out y accedieron!

Departamento amplio con todos los servicios, tiene seguridad, lavadora, cocina, refrigerador, muy bien ubicado en Polanco.

Great place and the staff was helpful throughout our visit. Security was also excellent.

Very nice place, very safe area to arrive with family. The apartment is very clean and everything is in perfect condition, highly recommended.

There’s is not a lot to say: Everything was just perfect. Location, Service, Apartment ( Size and Equipment) Cleanness. My family and myself would come back any time.

Incredible place to stay, safe place and area, moving is easy and there are several places to visit walking! The location, the apartment, the decoration, etc!
