Overall, the property is easy to check in and check out of, and find. The room was fairly clean, had working appliances, and had enough amenities for our stay. This would be comfortable for a multi-day stay, though I’d find better if I didn’t need the kitchen.

The location isn’t great: the subway runs under the street and is terribly loud and Philadelphia Fire Department has a fire house next door. There is no nearby parking other than paid ($40/night) public lots. It’s also clear the building underwent a very modest facelift. The shower was rusted in some spots, there were obvious patches to the walls, and plenty of holes, imperfections, and scratches.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for our daughter’s graduation from Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Sonder was in walking distance to the ceremony venue as well as the restaurant we celebrated at afterwards. The clean, comfortable & up to date apt style made the perfect setting for a quick brunch for a small gathering of family before the ceremony. It also had great views of the city! We loved it!

Love this place! We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Great amenities, very clean, washer and dryer was handy! It was very easy to get to the historic district and other tourist spots by walking a short distance to the Lombard metro station. We parked our car in the Symphony garage, which was a short walk away on Broad Street. One night, the garage was full, but we were able to find parking on the street nearby. All of the staff members that we ran into were so friendly! The app worked wonderfully for us! I followed their tip of putting a widget on my phone’s lock screen to launch the mobile key and this was so handy! We will definitely stay here again!

This location was excellent. It is a small apartment with all the necessary amenities. The building is very nice and well-maintained. This was our second stop on our trip, where we were able to wash laundry and relax.

Very modern, cozy and clean. I would definitely book this place again.

The stay was great but had a lot of issues obtaining the access codes. The chat service was not working. I reached out several times and also had to call. It should not have been so hard to get the codes

Convenience to subway to do tourist attractions.

Living room very small. No televisions in bedrooms. Black scuff marks all over walls. One bedroom had spiders incased in webs in bedroom walls at ceiling facing Broad St. Staff came to take care of ussue but didn't get all of it. Wasn't worth another call. Hair left on tub. Cleaning crew really needs to spend some time cleaning, not just spot cleaning. Using magic erasers on scuff marks would work wonders and brighten the place and remove marks. Should make sure hair free in bathrooms.

Proximity to metro, restaurants,so easy. The DIY checking in and having resources available with the app.
