Very convenient location to everywhere.

i couldn't get the access card to enter and use elevator so i have to ask or wait for other guest.

It was a bit short stocked. Had to ask for toaster, cups and dishtowels

This place was great! Great shopping options nearby, very safe, clean and spacious. The only complaint we had was the check in process was a little difficult. We were sent multiple emails and messages beforehand and provided different codes and it was hard to keep track of. We were also tasked with downloading an app beforehand that was a bit difficult to use at first. Besides that our stay was wonderful and we’re very pleased with the actual place itself.

Me gusto la propiedad. En general todo estuvo perfecto. Solo es un poco complicada la llegada y entender el sistema del edificio. Seria bueno qie antes de la llagada el huesped tuviera la app que debe bajar para el acceso a los elevadores

No cuenta con Aire Acondicionado, la recepción por parte del personal de vigilancia es muy lento, falta comunicación del arrendador con el servicio de vigilancia y/o conserje

Love the location and apartment was very cozy and clean! Amazing windows view!

No AC in the apartment, only fans. It was hard to get the security card for the main door entrance. The security guard couldn't find my name on a list for 15 min. It's a bit unclear your automatic emails responses and cased a bit of confusing. What ever emails I sent it seemed like you didn't receive it. It's hard to communicate that way. We didn't find the card to the main entrance in the room and no one could help us even booking .com customer service. It would be nice if you could provide at least one person phone number to communicate with incase of emergency.

Todo súper limpio, cómodo, un poquito caluroso aún con los ventiladores durante el día, pero en la noche refrescaba bien con la ventana abierta, bien ubicado, tiene todo para tener una estancia muy cómoda !
