The apartment was a good size. Nice kitchen, Nespresso machine. Great roof terrace for views and good pool for lane swimming. Can walk into the city. Restaurants and supermarket nearby. Has Netflix.

It’s incredibly noisy and borders a 5 lane highway and the traffic is pretty much non stop. No a/c. Cold at night in December, no extra blanket provided. Not enough glasses or cutlery or comfy furniture for 4 people.

Place is nice and clean. Staff is not friendly at all. Front desk lady always on. Her phone with attitude. Another thing to note is that they do not allow deliveries to the apartment, and they do not receive them. I injured my foot and needed that accommodation and they were unwilling to do so. Also, you have to buy your own supplies such as trash bags, TP, paper towels, etc. I am also pretty sure you rely on what the people before you left. To each their own but I did not enjoy my stay nor did I think it was worth the money I paid. Location is great though and the place is pretty. Not much room to hand out as a family and watch TV since the couch only seats 2.

The location is great and the common area is nice and welcoming.

The accommodation wasn’t cleaned properly when we arrived, the second bathroom had a dirty toilet, toothpaste everywhere and soap from the previous person in the shower. There were food sprinkles all over the kitchen. They didn’t manage to send us cleaners for two days in a row, so we cleaned ourselves. All they offered us are 25 Euros compensation. The helpline on WhatsApp also only answers after texting them 2 or 3 times and they are basically never able to help with anything. I would not recommend this place. It’s also not as new as in the pictures. Booking.com also never replied to our message and weren’t able to help at all.

We lived to stay here. Very nice and clean building and We loved the apartment. The gym was very good for our needs too. We felt safe on the apartment and the area. Very nice and walkable area in Codensa. Easy to get to other parts of the city.

There was some noise from the street but it didn’t bother us.

Was not extremely clean find some leftovers of popcorn and some dishes were not clean Will be nice that the windows have some soundproof because it could be noise from the avenue
