Very well equipped and modern. Kind of comfortable.

Extremely noisy even at the 14th floor! We've traveled a lot, and lived in big cities, nothing was as street-noisy as what we experienced.

Extra confortable, clean, practical place...will come back

There was a bit of a confusion at the check- in, because the hotel did not receive my communication about our passports. The instructions for sending the photos of the IDs should be more explicit and in the form of step-by-step. I did not know that I was supposed to contact the property via WhatsApp and did not have the correct number. Fortunately I speak a bit of Spanish, so was able to communicate with the reception. Had my husband been alone, he would have had a big problem. Otherwise, the appartment was great and just what we needed for a couple of days stay. Location is perfect, on the doorstep of Chapultepec park and its attractions, plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The personel at the reception was very helpful and actually helped us to get checked in. Would highly recommend to friends and family, and will come back myself if ever I have a chance.

Great central location. Beautiful building and rooftop. Nice gym amenities and well appointed rooms.

It felt like the windows in the bathrooms and second bedroom could have more sound proofing.

Very roomy and suitable for a long stay

The pool is enclosed and not very inviting. You have to book in to use both the pool and the gym.

Amazing experience

Easy check-in, good location, comfortable, clean apartment with good facilities. The bed was comfortable, each bedroom has its own bathroom which was a nice plus.

Just as mentioned in other reviews, you could hear the street noise very loud but that didn't bother us (and I am a light sleeper). In any case, it may be a good idea to be prepared with earplugs.
