Otel çok konforlu fakat, yan odaların sesini çok fazla alıyor, yalıtım konusunda kötü. Otelde katlara bırakılan ikramlıklar çok iyi düşünülmüş bir detay. Kahvaltısı gayet başarılı ve personeli çok kibar ve yardımcı.

Otel çalışanları her konuda yardımcı olmakta ve güler yüzlü çalışanlar. Odalar çok büyük ve güzel, kızımla ile beraber kaldık; kızım hayran kaldı. Yemek kalitesi çok iyi ve cesit ise bizce yeterli. Ramada kalitesini Erzurum da da hissettiriyor kısaca.
