Ramada By Wyndham Erzurum otelindeki konaklamamız son derece keyifliydi. Otelin temizliği, personelin güleryüzlülüğü ve konforlu odaları sayesinde kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Ayrıca otelin merkezi konumu da gezilecek yerlere kolay erişim sağladı. Restoranlarının lezzetli yemekleri ve geniş kahvaltı seçenekleri de tatilimizi daha da özel kıldı. Ramada By Wyndham Erzurum oteli, Erzurum'u keşfetmek isteyen herkese tavsiye ederim.

Kayıtlar yapıldıktan sonra verdikleri kart odanın kapısını acmadı. Bir personel tekrar baska kart almaya lobiye indi. Oda kartta acmadı.Pili bitmis olabilir dediler. Kontroller yapılmıyor demek ki. Sonra teknik ekibin kartı actı. Kucagimizda 1.5 yasinda cocugumuz uyurdu. Bir an önce oda acılsada rahat uyusun telaşındaydık. Fakat kapı açılmayınca 10 dkya yakın süre kolidarda kapının önünde kucagimizda cocukla ve valizle bekledik. İkinci bir konu ise yan odanın konusma seslerini cok net duyabiliyorduk. Sesten cok rahatsız olduk. Zaten yorgunduk. Yatamadık. Cocukta huzursuz oldu belli bir sure yatmadı ağladı. Yalıtım konusunda iyi degiller. Daha iyi olabilirdi.

Bir gece konakladım ve çok memnun kaldım. Otel yeni daha bir sene bile olmamış açılalı. Temiz rahat konforlu bir otel. Kahvaltıda çok fazla çeşit vardı ve tüm ürünler tazeydi.

"Çok güzel, fakat organizasyon tam oturmamış"

Ramada otellerine yakışır, yeni bir otel. Temizlik, konfor vs. yüksek standartlarda. Sadece organizasyon konusunda sıkıntı yaşadık. Deluxe oda tutup ödememize rağmen standart oda verdiler, biz söyleyince değiştirdiler. Ek olarak bir gece daha kaldık, fakat bize söylenen fiyatı sonradan değiştirdiler ve standart oda fiyatı söylenmiş, siz deluxe’da kalmışsınız dendi. Ayrıca ikinci günde havlu, bornoz vs. eksikti, kartlar bir kaç kez çalışmadı vs. gibi sorunlarla karşılaştık, bu hoş değildi. Onun dışında herşeyden memnun ayrıldık.
