The room was so big and spacious, and location was everything!

The amenities were little. The windows were riddled with dirt, housekeeping had access to the rooms with or without request, and the toilet drain needed some repair. The room was also not too clean, mug stains on the tables, a lot of dirt under the bed and some stains here and there on the wall.

Dear Booking.com team, I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding my reservation at Ramada by Wyndham Doha Old Town, which I booked through your platform. My stay was scheduled to begin on August 7, 2025. To my surprise, I received an email from the hotel today — just one day before my trip — asking me to cancel the booking due to an internal issue on their side, without providing any clear explanation or alternative solution. This is completely unacceptable. The issue came from the hotel, and they should have handled the cancellation themselves and offered compensation — not asked the guest to take responsibility for canceling.
