مكان واسع وسعره جيد وقريب لكل شيء

لم يكن فيه عازل لصوت اسمع محادثات الغرف المجاوره وكأنهم معي يحتاج تحديث الحمامات

The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated It is what you see you get good location

The light in the bedroom was not bright enough to the barthtop area. The breakfast was not too fantastic but ok . My towel was taken mistakenly because it's white, the same as there's but my as a writer up on it, which I report to the front house and one of the housekeeping guys but was never returned back to me because I left the following day

كان هناك لبس صغير في عدد الاسرة في غرفة الاطفال والحمد لله تم تلبية طلبي بإضافة سرير زيادة في الغرفة

The room and the pool were great. Very spacious and affordable rates.

The staffs at the basement n the security (Mr. Aaildin) check point to basement, he was quite rude and felt discriminated by the way he spoke to us. We just wanted to park our car n head to the reception we even showed our confirmed booking but then he took my friend Qid n then said he will give it to the reception. I told him he can’t have it because this is a security breach. No one is supposed to carry it except the person itself so I asked him to return it but still he was showing anger and being rude to us. Even at the reception Mr. Mohamed showed no respect or patience while my friend was going to check in with me. She was asked to wait at the reception as she forgot to get her Qid so I came downstairs to request for few hours time to go home n get it but he insisted we get it right then and wouldn’t let my friend to the room. It was chaotic back and forth and such a hassle. I will never be staying there that’s for sure.
