"So -So Hotel"

We stayed at The Trade for the first time in August 2023. At that time, it was new and a fabulous hotel. This year, we returned in August to a totally different hotel. Our room smelled like wet dog and a powdery air freshener cover up over the smell. The staff in both restaurants appeared to be bothered by our dining there. My son is recovering from cancer and we just wanted a nice, luxurious evening like he had in 2023. Definitely not Autograph material any longer. There’s really nothing horrible about the hotel, nothing fabulous either.

One of the restaurants was tasty.

Coffee maker broken, unable to get more than 2 bath towels, shelf light on with no switch off, loud in the halls and outside the hotel, received 2 'tokens' for drinks but it was for root beer/beer, the bed was rock hard.
