We stayed here for one night in December on a very cold Saturday. Parking was easy, there’s plenty of street parking right next to the hotel. Since it was the weekend, the meter rates were inexpensive, so we chose that instead of valet, which worked well for us. The lobby is smaller but welcoming, with a Christmas tree set up for the season. The hallways were modern and nicely designed, giving the hotel a clean boutique feel. We booked two adjoining rooms. The rooms were clean and well styled, but definitely smaller than expected based on the photos. The main issue we experienced was with the bathtubs in both rooms, the drains did not work properly, and water would back up while showering. Aside from that, everything else functioned fine. The workout center was a nice surprise, well maintained and thoughtfully equipped. It was one of the stronger features of the property. The location is convenient, with restaurants nearby and easy access around the area. Unfortunately, the extremely cold weather limited how much we could explore during our short stay. Overall, it was a clean and comfortable one-night stay. I’m not entirely sure the room size and overall experience justified the price, but we wanted to try it out. It’s a solid boutique option, though we may consider exploring other properties next time we’re in Milwaukee.

I arrived around 7pm in the evening to a very busy night at the hotel. It looked so busy I was worried it would take forever just to park my car. I was a couple cars back and a very nice young man named Taki came to assist me. He explained the parking to me and check in process. It couldn’t be easier - it was like I hit the express lane at the grocery store and got past the crowded lobby easily. I had two dates lined up for that night with two different ladies and I was already running late for the first one so Taki really helped me get the night off to a good start and took all the pressure off of my arrival and stay.

Taki did a phenomenal job! He made the experience memorable!
