Hassan et Othmane ont un véritable sens de l’hospitalité et travaillent avec amour et passion. Leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse exceptionnelle ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable : ils nous ont préparé un plan avec de très bonnes adresses et ont toujours été prêts à nous aider, y compris pour nos bagages. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, copieux et varié chaque jour, accompagné d’un délicieux jus d’orange frais. La terrasse où nous le prenions est d’un calme et d’un confort remarquables, idéale pour se ressourcer pleinement. La chambre était d’une grande propreté. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Un grand merci pour la préparation de notre petit déjeuner le jour du départ, une attention très gentille. Nous repartons du Maroc avec de très beaux souvenirs. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Je recommande ce riad à 100 % : on s’y sent comme chez soi.

Just an absolutely incredible stay. Outmane was bar none one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. From prepping us for Marrakech to making us mint tea and breakfast and everything in between, this was a picture perfect stay. 10/10 would recommend, 10/10 host

This is a lovely modern-style riad, with very helpful staff. Outmane was so friendly and ready to help with everything. He put lots of recommendations on a map for us and arranged to get our laundry done. Our bed was comfortably firm, and the bathroom was large and well-designed. The towels were the softest we found in any hotel in Morocco! The upstairs lounge and the rooftop terrace were great places to hang out and to get work done (especially given the superfast wifi). We would have liked to stay longer, but the riad was full, so the word has gotten out that this is a good place.

Our room was very narrow; you practically had to turn sideways to walk between the walls and the bed.

Location

Our stay at Riad Mylaya in Marrakech was truly exceptional—well beyond our expectations. The location is very convenient, even though it sits on the north-west edge of the Medina. It offers the perfect balance: easy access to the old city and its vibrant souks, while also being very close to the newer part of Marrakech, including the Majorelle Gardens and the Yves Saint Laurent Museum. On departure, it was especially convenient to leave the Medina quickly and reach our airport transfer without hassle. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful inside—tastefully decorated, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms were cleaned regularly, with towels changed almost daily, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was generous and varied every day, featuring fresh fruit, coffee, fresh juices, omelettes, pancakes, croissants, and a variety of local specialties. Everything was delicious and carefully prepared. The service was impeccable. Special thanks to Ali, the riad manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He provided us with valuable information about Marrakech, recommended great restaurants, arranged our airport transfers (for a fee), suggested a guide, and even helped us with small purchases. We also want to thank Outmane, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. He made sure we felt comfortable at all times. It’s rare to experience such high-quality service and genuine hospitality. We highly recommend Riad Mylaya and would gladly return.

A group of 10 friends stayed here, and I have to say that everything was exceptional. I’d particularly like to highlight Ali’s service from the very start of our trip and his wonderful hospitality. The accommodation is modern, clean, well-maintained and full of thoughtful details. The breakfast is also excellent. If we ever return to Marrakesh, we’ll definitely stay here again.
