The hotel was comfortable and the location to the centre of town very good.

Great location, central to everything and a short walk to the bus station. The room was compact and very clean with a window overlooking the mosque. The staff had limited English but were friendly and kind.Good value for a solo traveller.

There was some street noise until quite late and the room was very light.

i love everything about this hotel. The staff hotel helped me to get a taxi for my trip to igdir and dogubayazit. Everyone really helpful and kind

Very comfortable room and good value

L'emplacement est central dans la rue principale de Kars. La chambre est bien isolée thermiquement. Le personnel d'accueil est réactif et nous a conseillés pour notre itinéraire et sur les transports disponibles.

Peu d'isolation phonique avec le couloir et les autres chambres. L'escalier de l'hôtel est un peu dangereux. Il n'y a pas vraiment d'entretien quotidien de la chambre. La couette du lit double est un peu petite.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé et le personnel vraiment au top (petit plus, ils parlent anglais). Le gérant m’a même guidé dans les rues en m’expliquant l’histoire de la ville. Les chambres sont petites mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Le rapport/qualité prix est au top.
