Freundliche Dame an der Rezeption

Unsere Kreditkarte wurde beim Zahlungsversuch blockiert. Das Kartenterminal ist wohl nicht das beste. Die Mitarbeiterin versuchte ihren Chef zu erreichen, welcher noch schlief und erst 30 Minuten später antwortete. Also standen wir an der Rezeption und warteten mit der gesperrten Karte. Im Zimmer gab es Maden Netter waren extrem hart. Ich war noch nie in einem Hotel mit so harten Betten

The service and the staff from the hotels at front good girls always see the everything was OK plus hers Good attitude they all great person and comfortable 😊

The bed is to hart to sleep and you guys don't have Coffee machine for customers 🙄
