This is a good value for money, friendly, clean motel. The new double glazing was noticed and appreciated this visit. We appreciated getting the room we requested when booking.

The bed isn’t as comfortable as home.

"Couldn't fault the host and cleanliness, but difficult for anyone in the twin beds to sleep."

Very clean and communicative host

It was very noisy for my daughter who tried to sleep in one of the twin beds in the living area. The unit we stayed in was the closest to the road, so a lot of noise from passing traffic throughout the night. Also a lot of light from outside lights.

Very clean and tidy accommodation. Good location close to Bulls Domain for walks, good cafe's nearby and shops for groceries.

Non stop barking dogs directly nextdoor till well past midnight. Our second night we didn’t experience it.
